During a comedy show in the Hamptons, Jerry O’Connell surprised the audience by revealing that his wife, Rebecca Romijn, had once visited Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.
O’Connell, 51, clarified that Romijn’s visit to Epstein’s island was strictly for professional purposes.
The revelation occurred during a performance with comedian Seth Herzog at an event in Montauk, where Epstein’s island was mentioned as part of a stand-up act.

“Everyone went,” Herzog joked during his set, as he referenced the rumors surrounding Epstein’s circle. “Let’s make like the beginning of the universe: have a Big Bang. These are the lines Hawking is working with.”
Renowned physicist Stephen Hawking also visited Epstein’s private island in 2006 as part of a science conference in St. Thomas, with no accusations of wrongdoing against him.
O’Connell then shared his surprise confession about Romijn’s visit to the island.

“Actually, my wife told me she went to Epstein Island. There was a modeling shoot there. My wife was modeling at the time,” the actor revealed, surprising the crowd.
He quickly clarified that the visit was solely for her work.

His revelation about Romijn’s visit to Epstein’s island comes after the couple recently disclosed their unconventional approach to their 18-year marriage.
O’Connell and Romijn have unique rules for managing their finances, keeping their money separate and contributing to a communal pot for family expenses.
