Russell Wilson had a family day at New York Giants training camp on Wednesday. His first day with the team included his wife Ciara and their children.

Ciara, the Grammy-winning singer, songwriter, and actress, was seen at Quest Diagnostics Training Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, with their daughters Sienna and Amora, son Win, and Future Jr. They all wore blue No. 3 jerseys to support Russell Wilson, and the Giants’ social media captured a heartwarming moment when they all met up after practice.

Russell Wilson spoke with reporters after practice and talked about his new fan base in New York and how it connects to Ciara’s music career.

“I’ve spent a lot of time in New York in the past. I have family living here, and we love it here,” he said. “New York is an amazing city, and so is Jersey.

“For Ciara, the music culture here is great, and I think that’s fantastic. Personally, I’ve always been someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment. I’m constantly focused and like to stay occupied.”

Wilson mentioned that he values training camp regardless of the team because of the opportunities for bonding and building team chemistry before the regular season starts.

During practice, Wilson was already connecting with Malik Nabers, the team’s first-round draft pick, and other offensive players like Wan’Dale Robinson and Theo Johnson.

The Giants also brought in Jameis Winston to their quarterback room, which will be featured on HBO’s “Hard Knocks” during the regular season.
