Russian tennis player Anna Kalinskaya emerged victorious against Emma Raducanu in the recent Citi D.C. Open. To celebrate her win, her dachshund named Bella joined her on the court, making it the second time the dog had made an appearance on the hard court. Kalinskaya had also celebrated with Bella after defeating Clara Tauson the night before.

The delightful scene of Kalinskaya’s dog Bella getting playful on the court brought a smile to everyone. The tennis player lifted her furry friend up, receiving applause from the audience still present in the stadium.
Kalinskaya is set to face Leylah Fernandez in the final match. She secured her spot by defeating Raducanu with a score of 6-4, 6-3 and Tauson with a score of 6-3, 7-5. Fernandez, on the other hand, emerged victorious against Elena Rybakina and Taylor Townsend in the semis and quarterfinals, respectively.
Kalinskaya, currently ranked 48th in the Women’s Tennis Association rankings, has one singles title to her name and a career record of 307-189 in singles matches.

Tauson had previously defeated Kalinskaya in the round of 64 at Wimbledon earlier in the month, after which Kalinskaya experienced a first-round loss at the French Open to Marie Bouzkova in May.
