Manhunt underway for Montana shooting suspect Michael Paul Brown

Authorities are currently on the lookout for a man who allegedly shot multiple individuals at a business in Montana on Friday.

The suspect, identified as Michael Paul Brown, is considered armed and dangerous and was last spotted in the Stumptown area, according to the Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Law Enforcement Center.

The motive behind the shooting remains unknown, and the conditions of the victims have not been disclosed.

The Granite County Sheriff’s Office clarified on social media that a car chase involving an F-150 vehicle was not related to the suspect.

Although Brown’s residence was searched by SWAT, he remains at large, as per the GCSO.

Authorities have advised the public to steer clear of the area around Stumptown Road and Anderson Ranch Loop Road in Anaconda.

The FBI Salt Lake City has joined the response efforts, as reported by the Associated Press.

The Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Law Enforcement Center and GCSO have not provided any additional details to Fox News Digital at this time.
