The world of professional wrestling is known for its scripted outcomes, but the physical risks are very real.

During a recent episode of “Monday Night Raw,” veteran wrestler Nikki Bella, whose real name is Stephanie Garcia-Colace, suffered a unique injury that caught the attention of fans.

In the official injury report, the injury was described as a chest injury. However, Nikki Bella and her twin sister, Brie Bella (Brianna Danielson), shared the true nature of the injury.

During an eight-person match, Nikki’s breast implant became dislocated, leading to a concerning situation.

“Is your implant okay? I think it’s stuck in your ribs,” Brie Bella asked her sister.

“I think it is. I had to go to the doctor yesterday to get my chest looked at,” Nikki replied.

Nikki then shared that “It has moved.”

Nikki has dealt with various injuries throughout her wrestling career, including neck issues and a brain cyst. Despite these challenges, she made a surprise return at this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble in February.

Prior to her wrestling career, Nikki was engaged to fellow wrestler John Cena. The couple got engaged during WrestleMania 33 but called off their wedding plans shortly before the scheduled date.

After her relationship with John Cena, Nikki married Artem Chigvinstev, her partner from “Dancing With The Stars,” in 2022. However, the marriage faced challenges when Artem was arrested on a domestic violence charge in 2024, leading to Nikki filing for divorce.
