Michael Brown’s brother serving life for murder after Montana bar shooting

The sibling of an individual from Montana who is evading authorities after reportedly shooting four individuals at a local bar is currently serving a life sentence, as confirmed by our sources. 

William Brown was given a 110-year prison sentence in 2002 for fatally stabbing another person in Anaconda, Montana, following a dispute over a romantic relationship, according to reports. 100 years were for the murder, and the remaining 10 years for using a deadly weapon during the crime. 

Brown is the brother of Michael Paul Brown, 45, who is currently a fugitive after allegedly committing the shooting at a bar in Anaconda, resulting in the deaths of four people.

The suspect, an Army veteran, allegedly opened fire at The Owl Bar around 10:00 a.m., resulting in the deaths of Daniel Edwin Baillie, Nancy Lauretta Kelley, David Allen Leach, and Tony Wayne Palm, all residents of Anaconda. 

Following the incident, a massive manhunt has been launched in central Montana as authorities work tirelessly to capture the suspect, who is considered armed and dangerous. 

The reason behind the shooting is still unknown.

Authorities released a photo of the suspect without a shirt, wearing a black shirt, descending what seems to be concrete steps. They also announced the discovery of a white Ford F-150 truck belonging to the suspect, which was used in his escape from the crime scene. 

Despite a SWAT team raiding his residence, the suspect was not found. 

In a recent update, authorities mentioned that the search operation includes aerial and ground resources.

The suspect served as an armor crewman in the Army from January 2001 to May 2005 and was also part of the National Guard from April 2006 to March 2008, with a deployment to Iraq from February 2004 to March 2005, achieving the rank of sergeant before leaving the service. 

Additionally, he was part of the Montana National Guard from April 2006 to March 2009.
