Law enforcement has unveiled the booking photo of the fifth individual apprehended in connection to the widely-publicized altercation that erupted in downtown Cincinnati on July 26.
Authorities have identified the suspect as 38-year-old Patrick Rosemond, who was arrested on Monday afternoon by law enforcement agencies in Fulton County, Georgia. Rosemond faces charges of felonious assault, aggravated riot, and being a fugitive from justice.
He is currently being held in the Fulton County Jail awaiting extradition to Ohio. Records indicate that Rosemond is a Cincinnati resident with no registered addresses in Georgia.
Fox News Digital was unable to locate legal representation for Rosemond.
“We’re proud to support our partners in getting violent offenders off the streets,” FBI Atlanta shared on social media.
Rosemond’s arrest marks the fifth individual taken into custody following the violent incident that resulted in six people sustaining injuries, including one with a brain injury. Authorities are still seeking a sixth suspect.

Shocking video footage captured a large group attacking multiple individuals on the corner of Fourth and Elm streets in Cincinnati’s business district in the early morning hours of July 26. The assailants can be seen physically assaulting the victims, with one woman knocked unconscious and left on the street.
Out of approximately 100 witnesses, only one person called 911 as the events unfolded, according to Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge.
Last week, Jermaine Matthews, Montianez Merriweather, DeKyra Vernon, and Dominique Kittle were arrested for their alleged involvement in the brawl. Matthews faces additional charges after his initial arrest, while Merriweather and Vernon are being held on significant bonds. Kittle is charged with felonious assault, aggravated riot, and multiple counts of assault.
A grand jury is set to convene on August 8.
