Kash Patel highlights FBI achievements in early Trump administration

FBI Director Kash Patel recently took to social media to highlight the bureau’s accomplishments in the first 200 days of the Trump administration. According to Patel, the FBI has made significant progress in combating violent crimes against children, with over 1,600 arrests being made, including 270 arrests related to human trafficking.

Additionally, Patel mentioned the seizure of 1,500 kilos of fentanyl, which equates to enough lethal doses to potentially harm millions of Americans. This seizure marked a 25% increase from the previous year and was described as the largest amount ever confiscated.

Patel expressed gratitude towards the Department of Defense and their collaboration in addressing these issues, and he thanked President Trump for providing new authorities to support their efforts.

In a separate social media post, Patel shared that the FBI had successfully identified and located 4,000 child victims. Furthermore, he highlighted the bureau’s efforts in targeting Foreign Terrorist Organizations, resulting in 1,000 arrests and the seizure of 6,300 kilos of methamphetamines.

The White House also joined in on the discussion, sharing an article about “200 Days of American Renewal,” which emphasized achievements in border security and infrastructure revitalization.

Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, who had previously considered resigning due to concerns over the handling of the Epstein files, reposted Patel’s updates, hinting at more developments to come.

Despite frustrations from some quarters over the lack of transparency surrounding the Epstein files, President Trump has defended Attorney General Pam Bondi, praising her performance in office.
