During SummerSlam, Lynch successfully defended the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Lyra Valkyria in a brutal match. The victory meant that Valkyria could not challenge for the title again as long as Lynch held the championship.

Lynch displayed her ruthless side by using various objects like a chain, toolbox, chair, and wrench to dominate Valkyria. Despite the relentless assault, Valkyria showed resilience and continued to fight back.

As the match escalated, both wrestlers continued to unleash brutal attacks. The intense showdown saw Valkyria hitting a no-hand moonsault on Lynch, and Lynch responding with a series of punishing moves.
Amidst the chaos, Bayley intervened, leading to a chaotic brawl between Bayley, Lynch, and Valkyria. Ultimately, Lynch managed to execute the Manhandle Slam on Valkyria, securing the victory.
