Colorado football head coach Deion Sanders recently provided an update on his health status, revealing that he is still struggling to fully recover from an undisclosed health issue. In a video shared on YouTube by his son, Deion Jr., Sanders can be seen dipping his lower legs into an ice bath while discussing his ongoing health challenges.

Sanders expressed, “We’ve been working, we’ve been fishing – my leg is still gone from yesterday morning. You know I’m still going through something, ain’t all the way recovered.”
Earlier this month, Sanders avoided addressing questions about his health during the Big 12 media day. This followed his absence from part of the spring and early summer due to health reasons.
“I’m not here to talk about my health. I’m here to talk about my team,” Sanders emphasized.

In the video, Sanders is seen engaging in physical activities such as playing basketball and taking a tennis lesson with his son. He commended tennis players for their athleticism and described the experience as a challenging workout.
