The official cause of death for Ozzy Osbourne has been disclosed.
According to the death certificate obtained by the New York Times on Tuesday, the singer passed away from cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, and Parkinson’s disease.
Representatives for Osbourne have not yet responded to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.
The iconic lead singer of Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, died on July 22 at the age of 76.

In a statement provided to Fox News Digital, Osbourne’s family expressed their deep sadness over his passing, requesting privacy during this difficult time.
Osbourne recently concluded his final concert with the band in Birmingham, England, where he was joined by various musical guests for a 10-hour show on July 5.
Survived by his wife Sharon, daughters Kelly and Aimee, son Jack, daughter Jessica, and sons Elliot and Louis from a previous marriage, Osbourne left behind a rich musical legacy.

According to The Daily Mail, Osbourne wished to be laid to rest near a lake on his extensive property.
During a private memorial, a grand floral display at the Osbournes’ estate paid tribute to the rock legend, with prominent figures from the music industry in attendance.
Thousands of fans gathered recently in Birmingham to honor Osbourne as his hearse made its way to the Black Sabbath bridge and bench.

The procession culminated at the Black Sabbath bench, a memorial unveiled in honor of the band.
In a column for The Times, Osbourne shared his thoughts on planning his own funeral, emphasizing that he wanted it to be a celebration rather than a somber occasion.
