Kelley Mack from ‘The Walking Dead’ and ‘9-1-1’ passes away at 33 after battling cancer

Actress Kelley Mack, known for her roles in “The Walking Dead” and “9-1-1,” has passed away at the age of 33. 

Kelley Mack, born Kelley Lynne Klebenow, peacefully passed away on August 2 in her hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio, after battling cancer: glioma of the central nervous system, her sister confirmed to Fox News Digital.

Her sister, Kathryn Klebenow, shared the news on Mack’s Instagram page, expressing deep sadness at her passing.

Mack revealed her cancer diagnosis in January through an Instagram post where she detailed her journey with the disease.

She continued to share updates on her health, with her final post on March 26 showing her “re-learning to walk.”

Originally from Ohio, Mack attended Chapman University in Orange, California, where she earned a degree in Cinematography.

Her acting career included roles in “The Walking Dead” and “Chicago Med,” along with national commercial campaigns. Mack was also a filmmaker, with several producer credits to her name.

Hailed for her talent and dedication, Mack’s creative journey began early in life and led to various accomplishments in the entertainment industry.

Outside of work, Mack enjoyed outdoor activities, music, and exploring new places, bringing joy to those around her.

Her family described her as an inspiration, and Mack leaves behind a legacy of passion and positivity in her work and personal life.

Survived by her family and boyfriend, Mack will be remembered in a celebration of her life on August 16 in Ohio, with a separate memorial planned in Los Angeles.
