Actor Sacha Baron Cohen surprised fans with his new physique.
Cohen recently showcased his toned body in a photoshoot for Men’s Fitness UK. He is preparing for his role as Marvel’s villain, Mephisto, in the series “Ironheart.”

He continued to share more photos from the shoot on his Instagram stories, making light-hearted jokes about his fitness journey.
According to Cohen, he dedicated 25 minutes a day to working out with a personal trainer. He emphasized the importance of consistent short workouts over longer sessions.
Cohen’s new look comes after his divorce from actress Isla Fisher was finalized in June. The couple had announced their split in April 2024.
During this time, Cohen also faced allegations of harassment from his former co-star, Rebel Wilson. However, a representative for Cohen denied the claims, citing evidence that contradicted Wilson’s accusations.
