TV personalities Sean and Catherine Lowe have shared their thoughts on the growing trend of Ozempic in Hollywood, describing it as “triggering” and “difficult to watch.”
The former stars of “The Bachelor” have chosen a different path to wellness. Sean and Catherine discussed with Fox News Digital the new fitness routines they have adopted and their dedication to healthy Atkins recipes.
“The constant messaging about Ozempic can be overwhelming, and it’s challenging because the long-term effects are uncertain,” Catherine explained. “However, we have found that consistency, mindfulness about your wellness, and forming healthy habits can lead to long-term health benefits, even if results are not immediate.”
She continued, “Sean often emphasizes the importance of consistency. We are often tempted to take the easy way out, but there are other alternatives available… I believe there is a lot of restriction involved as well.”

She added, “Watching the Ozempic craze unfold has been difficult. It has likely been triggering for many, but there is a healthier approach, and if you are willing to stay committed to something for a longer period, you will likely experience an overall healthier lifestyle.”
Sean and Catherine, in collaboration with Atkins for a healthier lifestyle, revealed that they prioritize walking after meals, going to the gym, and maintaining consistency to achieve their goals.
“We try to go to the gym every day and make smart choices, which Atkins helps us with,” Sean shared. “The problem arises when people adopt an ‘all or nothing’ approach, strict and unsustainable diets or extreme workout routines that are not sustainable in the long run.”
“Going too hard, too fast in the gym is not conducive to longevity. For me, it’s about consistently making good choices, staying active, and maintaining a routine,” he added.

Sean and Catherine first crossed paths on season 17 of “The Bachelor.” They got engaged on the show and tied the knot in a televised ceremony in 2014.
Despite being married for 11 years, the couple doesn’t believe the spark in their marriage has diminished. Instead, Sean and Catherine joked about enjoying a “consistent fun simmer.”
“We met in such a unique way, and what attracted me to her the most was her energy and playfulness,” Sean shared. “I believe we still have that same energy 11 years later. We continue to playfully interact like two kids in love, right?”
Catherine added, “We are best friends and spend a significant amount of time together. Most couples, if apart during the day, look forward to spending quality time together. But we literally spend every day together. We’re always together, doing everything as best friends.”
“It’s not about concentrated quality time, but rather about always wanting to be together,” she continued.

A recent study conducted by researchers at a leading university has found that regular exercise can have a significant impact on mental health. The study, which was published in a prestigious medical journal, followed a group of participants over a period of six months.
The results showed that those who engaged in regular physical activity experienced a decrease in symptoms of anxiety and depression. This is particularly important given the current global health crisis, where many people are struggling with their mental well-being.
The lead researcher, Dr. Smith, emphasized the importance of incorporating exercise into one’s daily routine, stating that even small amounts of physical activity can make a difference. He also noted that exercise has been shown to release endorphins, which are known to improve mood and overall mental health.
Overall, this study highlights the powerful connection between physical activity and mental well-being. It serves as a reminder that taking care of our bodies through exercise can also benefit our minds. So, the next time you’re feeling stressed or anxious, consider going for a walk or hitting the gym – your mental health will thank you for it.
