Former US President Donald Trump has thrown his support behind former Rep. Mike Rogers as Rogers makes another attempt to secure a US Senate seat in Michigan.

Rogers, who lost the 2024 US Senate race in Michigan to Elissa Slotkin, is making another bid for the Senate this year.

Trump, referring to Rogers as an “America First Patriot,” endorsed the candidate in a post on Truth Social, stating, “Mike Rogers has my Complete and Total Endorsement — HE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!”

Minutes later, Paul added in another post, “If he’s good with Mike Rogers (R-Deep State), maybe he should pick Liz Cheney for VP?”
