President Donald Trump issued a threat to federalize Washington, D.C., urging for local minors and gang members over the age of 14 to be treated as adults, following an incident where a former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) employee was reportedly assaulted in the nation’s capital.

Trump expressed his concerns on Truth Social, stating that local youth and gang members are engaging in violent acts against innocent citizens and getting released almost immediately.

Accompanying his statement was a photo of a man who had been injured on the street.

Sources revealed that the individual in the photo shared by the president is Edward Coristine, also known as “Big Balls,” a former DOGE employee.

According to sources, Coristine was violently attacked either late Sunday or early Monday.
