“Duck Dynasty: The Revival” stars Willie and Korie Robertson continue to showcase the strength of their relationship after more than three decades together.
Behind the humor, hunting adventures, and camouflage, their 33-year marriage illustrates that enduring love is rooted in commitment, resilience, and their shared faith.
“I’ve always believed in giving more than you take,” Willie shared with Fox News Digital prior to the season finale of “Duck Dynasty: The Revival.”
“Especially in marriage, the idea is to give more than you take. There are moments when you need to take, but my mindset has always been focused on giving,” he added.
The CEO of Duck Commander acknowledged that there are times when leaning on your partner is necessary, but his perspective has guided him through the challenges of business, reality TV fame, and raising a family.
Korie emphasized the importance of showing up every day as a key element in a successful marriage.
“We work hard on our relationship, constantly making an effort to reconnect. In a marriage of 33 years, or any marriage, it’s easy to drift apart if you’re not attentive. We always make sure to come back to each other,” she explained.
Korie pointed out that intentional reconnection during life’s ups and downs is what sustains their romance.
The couple’s unwavering faith plays a significant role in their enduring marriage.
“Our faith and commitment to God fuel our commitment to each other. When faced with challenges, we choose to stay committed to each other and our family. It’s truly worth it,” Korie added.
After four decades together and 33 years of marriage, the Robertsons expressed their gratitude for their family and the revival of their reality series on A&E Network.
Reflecting on their journey to fame, the couple shared that they have no regrets and are thankful for the experiences that have brought them to where they are today.
Willie and Korie highlighted the importance of having fun together to keep the spark alive in their relationship.
While “Duck Dynasty: The Revival” delves deeper into the Robertson family’s faith and legacy, the couple emphasized that the original series would not have been possible without family patriarch, Phil Robertson.
They hope that future generations will be inspired by Phil’s unwavering faith and the transformation it brought to his life.
In May, Phil passed away at the age of 79 after battling various health conditions, including Alzheimer’s disease.
Phil, the founder of Duck Commander, played a pivotal role in the success of “Duck Dynasty” and the unity of the Robertson family.
The season finale of “Duck Dynasty: The Revival” is set to air on A&E Network on Sunday, Aug. 3.
